Right, now have a look at your configuration document for the SMTP server in the Domino Directory under Servers\Configuration

You should see one for your SMTP server if not you should see one called * -[All Servers], open it up and go to:

-Router/SMTP
-Restrictions and Controls...
-SMTP Inbound Controls

On the right-hand side you will see under "Inbound Relay Enforcement" the field "Exclude these connecting hosts from anti-relay checks"
Add the IP addresses of the server you want to allow to send mail in [] eg [192.168.10.1] or a range [192.168.10.*]

Restart the SMTP server task.

By the way do you see any other errors in the mail routing events or Miscellaneous Events?
